SHIPPING RANGE

- Countries: We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.

- Future Expansion: Expansion to other shipping areas is being considered and can change at any time. Please check our shipping policy for updates.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

- Within Australia and New Zealand: Free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD, otherwise a flat rate of $4.99AUD will be added to your order upon check out. All orders are shipped with tracking.

- No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout and no additional fees are added to shipping.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.

- Last Order Time: 22:00 (GMT+10:00) Eastern Daylight Standard Time (Sydney, Australia).

- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

 

TRANSIT TIME

- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-9 business days.

- Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.

- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

 

SHIPPING PROCESS

- Reliable Courier Services: We ship with a range of couriers and providers. All shipping is provided with tracking irrespective of free shipping or not.

- Insured Shipments: Shipments are subject to the polices of our preferred shipping agents such as Australia Post. Contact our customer service team (orders@luxiloves.com) in case of loss or damage during transit and our team will assist typically with 24 hours (except weekends).

 

TRACKING INSTRUCTIONS

- Tracking Information: After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and the tracking number.

- Track Your Order: You can track your order via our website. Simply enter your tracking number on our tracking portal to view the status of your order.

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURES

- Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via orders@luxiloves.com and our team will be on contact within 24 hours to assist. 

- Resolution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund depending on your preference.

 

RETURN POLICY

- Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned.

- Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, Luxiloves will cover the return shipping costs.

- Refund: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.

 

RESTOCKING FEE

- No Restocking Fee: Luxiloves does not charge a restocking fee for any returns.

 

RETURN DELIVERY COSTS

- For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way. Please reach out to our customer team via orders@luxiloves.com and our team will assist within 24 hours.

- For Customer Remorse: The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item.
